Job Title: Field Sales Executive Solar and Construction Solutions
Location: Hertfordshire and Surrounding Areas
Salary: GBP30,000 GBP50,000 plus commission and bonuses

They are looking for a proactive and technically minded Field Sales Executive to support their Regional Sales Manager in developing client relationships and delivering smart energy solutions.

What we re looking for:

• Sales background: 1 2 years in sales, field sales, or business development. Experience in the solar industry is highly desirable.

• Driven attitude: Ambitious, self-motivated, and open to learning.

• Technical edge: Ability to understand and explain technical products and build credibility with customers.

• Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

What you ll be doing:
Your role will involve supporting the delivery of solar and building product solutions across a wide range of commercial and residential projects. You ll assist with technical assessments, coordinate project specifications, and provide tailored estimates and contract offers.
There s also a strong research element, where you ll explore the performance of new solar technologies and construction systems, working closely with industry experts.
Although this role isn t purely sales-focused to begin with, it offers a clear path into a senior technical sales role, with ongoing support and training provided to help you grow into that space.
