A large property advisory company is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to provide professional day-to-day facilities management service to surveyors, clients and occupiers, maintaining and protecting the value of clients property assets. The Regional Facilities Manager will have previous experience in facilities management, be working towards their BIFM membership, and have experience in building health and safety. In addition, the Regional Facilities Manager will have a current driving licence, strong people skills, and is highly organised.
