Internal Account Manager - Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our sales team. This role will involve managing client accounts and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and existing experience within the chemical industry. Internal Account Manager - Key Responsibilities: * Sales Growth: Build, manage & convert the sales pipeline. Identification of new customers. * Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business retention. * Reporting: Monitor account performance, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management. * Collaboration: Work closely with external sales team and product specialists to align strategies and share market insights. * Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the chemical industry to guide sales strategies. Internal Account Manager - Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within the chemical or related industries. * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. * Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Full UK driving license and a right to work in the UK.
