Description Reporting into the Commercial & Operations Director, the Operations Manager will lead a team of c100 via Team Leaders and Supervisors. You will have full accountability for health and safety, manufacturing, quality & planning with the mandate to drive efficiencies and develop a high performance culture. Longer term, this role will be play a pivotal role in the transformation of the site challenging all existing practices in pursuit of world class manufacture.
