Head of Property Conveyancing

18Recruitment are working with a leading Law Firm based in Warrington Town Centre who specialise in Property Conveyancing. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and the successful candidate will be a key senior member of the company, managing a team of residential conveyancers. Qualifications and skills: * Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, with extensive experience within residential conveyancing. * Accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). * Proven track record in business development and networking. * Extensive knowledge of UK property laws and regulations. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Management experience. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements for conveyancing transactions from the time of inception to completion. * Manage a residential conveyancing team. * Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all stages of the conveyancing process. * Deliver high-quality legal solutions to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth opportunities. * Actively participate in business development activities, contributing to the firm's overall success. * Collaborate effectively with colleagues, mortgage lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
