Great knowledge of traditional forms of building and a good understanding of both high-end residential sectors will be essential. Required Skills Lead your portfolio of projects and achieve the project goals set by both the client & business Provide technical solutions to both design & delivery issues that may arise Demonstrate strong communicative skills at a professional & technical level Ability to lead and manage people assigned to you Current industry knowledge of; build solutions, legislative practice & industry trends 2-5 years' experience contracts managing Your Responsibilities Manage the delivery team, notable our Project and Site Managers To ensure that the Company and Client Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to by any of the resources utilised in the delivery of the projects and workflows under your control.
