Provide admin support and document control on a prestigious new London development. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining and distributing all project-related documentation, ensuring it's accuracy, security and accessibility. Experience working on ASITE, or a related data platform is essential. Responsibilities: * Manage and control project documents, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility. * Ensure adherence to document management standards and site procedures. * Coordinate document approvals, submissions, and distributions. * Maintain an organised electronic filing system for project documents. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and client-specific documentation requirements. * Ensure all documents are correctly identified and comply with site templates and formats. * Perform quality and compliance checks on all documentation formatting standards before issuing. * Report on the progress of document management activities. * Provide support to project team members in retrieving and managing documents. * Ensure external engineering contractors adhere to standards, procedures, work instructions, and specifications. * Ordering of parts and equipment for the project * Taking receipt and logging of deliveries * Support the commercial manager to create and send out monthly Applications. Skill Requirements: * Proven experience of working within a Document Control environment. * Knowledge and experience of Document Management toolsets. * Strong Microsoft Office experience. * Experience using ASITE or a related data platform. * Experience of working in the construction industry. * Excellent organisational skills, as you will be asked to oversee and deal with several items requiring the skillset of an organised individual. * Ability to work as a team member, but on own when required
