Key responsibilities:
Develop methodologies for research and data collection, utilizing techniques such as surveys, focus groups, and in-depth interviews to ensure rigorous evidence-based research.
Perform quality assurance tasks for research projects, overseeing outcomes from external research agencies.
Plan, oversee, and execute qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, encompassing design, facilitation, analysis, and presentation.
Conduct comprehensive secondary research on critical topics (eg, homelessness, climate change) to proactively support strategic planning and decision-making.
Analyze data and research findings to produce tailored high-quality reports and summaries for specific audiences, both internal and external.
