Job Title: Property Manager (commercial)

Location: Dorking

Salary: GBP42,000 DOE

The Role

We are seeking a Property Manager to join the Commercial Property team at a property consultancy in their Dorking office.

The Company

This company is a well established property consultancy with a number of offices across Surrey and offer a number on services such as sales & lettings, town planning, block & estate management, acquisitions, lease & rent renewals, valuations and more. They operate in both commercial and residential properties.

The role will require

• Be the primary point of contact for tenants
• Conduct tenant screening
• Oversee maintenance programs
• Management of service providers
• Conduct property inspections and detailed reports
• Organise and coordinate repairs and ensure all work is carried out to agreed standards
• Liaise with utility providers, landlords and tenants
• Manage property budgets
• Track and ensure the collection of rent and other payments are on time
• Produce financial reports
• Identify and implement cost saving options
• Manage lease information and record accordingly
• Enforce leased terms when and where appropriate

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Commercial property management experience
• Strong knowledge of the local region
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle

Salary & Benefits

• 9am 5:30pm
