Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: Up to 33,000

Job Description:

• Coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for various projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM standards are met.
• Manage and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BIM coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
