Highly reputable legal 100 Law Firm in London seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor with Housing Management knowledge on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilful solicitor to join our client’s highly regarded practice based in Central London. The successful applicant will manage their own caseload of housing and leasehold management and property litigation matters. Responsibilities Injunctions Possession claims Disrepair Service charge disputes Cases before the FTT Non- contentious matters such as policy advice Drafting tenancy agreements  The Candidate Solicitors with a minimum of one years’ PQE in Property Litigation matters Experience in housing management and property litigation is essential Strong academic background, attaining a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm Demonstrate a strong work ethic  The Firm A highly regarded practice headquartered in the City, our client offers a full range of legal services to business and individual clients based both locally and further afield.
