Project Manager

Role – MEP Lead / Project Manager Location – Central London Package – 90K, 8K Car Allowance, 26 Days holiday, Company Pension, Excellent Benefits Industry – Life Science and Pharmaceutical This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Construction and Engineering business in a new position that arisen due to growth and expansion. As MEP lead you will report into Director level and be responsible for delivering key MEP systems across large projects. Responsibilities * Support all aspects of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing from both a technical and commercial stand point * Ensure maximum efficiency in support, planning and delivery of key Building Services * Based in Central London * Ensuring all team members take full ownership of the QMS * Ensuring all MEP team members are managed in line with full Building Services Management Procedures Experience and Background * Strong background in managing large MEP projects or related * Full project understanding including estimating and preconstruction right through to commissioning and hand over. * Demonstratable commercial, technical and communication skills essential to deliver large scale diverse projects * Related qualifications and association membership within a mechanical, electrical, plumbing and project management field
