Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a talented Head Chef to join our dynamic team in Crowthorne.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
Develop innovative menus that showcase seasonal and local ingredients.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and staff training.
Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Creative flair and a passion for food.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Team player with a can-do attitude.
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Catering or equivalent qualification.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
