Accounts Payable Assistant

Our client, a Pharmaceutical company is seeking an Accounts payable assistant to join their team. This role is a contract position of 12 months and offers hybrid working. Description Role Outline: • Processing Supplier Invoices and payments • Bank reconciliations • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders • Resolving queries from suppliers and the business ensuring they are dealt with promptly and efficiently • Monthly creditor reconciliations • Assisting with the month end process • Responsible for maintaining and tracking KPI s for Accounts payable. • Assist the finance team with legal, trade and tax compliance.
