Hgv Class 2 Driver

We are recruiting a HGV Class 2 driver for our Telford based client. The hours of work are between Monday to Friday. You must have a minimum of 2 years class 2 driving experience . A DBS check may be required for the position, which the company would take.

Paying 14.75ph, after 40 hours 18.43ph

Role of HGV Class 2 driver

Driving and Collections

• HGV Class 2 driver to carry out collections of electrical waste according to the daily schedule, Collections cover majority of the UK including but not limited to London, Cornwall and Wales.
• Safely load, secure, and transport goods to and from specified locations.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any issues to management.
• Complete relevant delivery and collection paperwork accurately including waste documentation, counts, and scanning onto spreadsheets.
• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers during collections.

Working hours

• Working hours: 40, 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime paid at a premium after 40 hours.
• Location: Telford
