Pump Engineer / Service Engineer / Site Engineer

Location: London, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Call-Out Pay (OTE up to 55,000)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pump Engineer / Service Engineer / Site Engineer to join a growing and reputable pump services company based in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional looking to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will:

• Install, commission, and service a wide range of pumping and water treatment systems

• Attend breakdowns and carry out on-site repairs across commercial and industrial client sites

• Work with grey water and effluent systems, including within confined spaces

• Assist clients with technical support and servicing enquiries

• Maintain accurate service reports and provide photographic documentation of works carried out

• Collaborate closely with other engineers and departments to ensure smooth project delivery

• Full UK Driving Licence ( Essential )

• Proven experience in pump maintenance or similar industrial/mechanical servicing roles

• 17th or 18th Edition Electrical Certification ( Preferred )

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills

• Confident working independently and in confined spaces when required

• Competitive base salary to 40,000 (depending on experience)

• Excellent earning potential: Overtime and on-call rates with OTE up to 55,000
