As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you ll be the first point of contact for prospective engineering customers introducing them to high-performance mechanical components that solve real technical problems. Working closely with marketing and the Head of Sales, you ll build momentum with every outreach, helping fuel the business s ambitious growth plans.

As a Sales Development Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Generating and qualifying leads from cold companies and new products
• Creating and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline in CRM
• Building relationships with engineering prospects and uncovering their needs
• Working with marketing on outbound campaigns and product launches
• Collaborating with sales and technical colleagues to pass on qualified opportunities
• Tracking and reporting on performance, identifying ways to improve conversion

As a Sales Development Representative, your skills and experience will include:
