Job Title: Assistant Site Manager Location: East of England, Cambridgeshire, Whittlesey Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing, House Building Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Per annum Benefits: Car allowance or company car, bonus scheme, private pension and healthcare Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence Skills: Traditional new build housing A Quality focused Housing Developer are looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a brand new phase in Whittlesey. Looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager who has overseen high volume housing projects. Offering progression to Site Manager within 6-12 months due to a number of exciting new projects in the Peterborough area. Job Duties: Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction project Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed on site Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers Maintain quality control and ensure project deadlines are met Handle day-to-day operations on site and report progress to the Site Manager Required Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence Experience: Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in high volume housing projects Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of traditional new build housing construction processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines If you are interested in hearing more, please call Chloe on (phone number removed)
