Role responsibilities include; * Develop procurement systems and data * Manage supply chain performance and drive improvement * Ensure adherence to supplier contracts in alignment with strategies and policies * Identify cost-saving opportunities * Facilitate the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials and tooling through the supply chain * Establish stock replenishment targets and monitor their achievement. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and act as the primary point of contact for international customs documentation and trade requirements. * Provide guidance on incoterms to the business * Lead procurement efforts for special projects and capital equipment * Analyse and agree on contract terms and conditions, ensuring business risks are managed Key skills required; * Proven Procurement experience within an Engineering organisation * Knowledge of contract frameworks * Shipping & Export experience would be an advantage * Experience of supplier development and supplier performance improvement programmes * Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills * Flexibility to travel as required This role will be fully office-based
