Temporary Corporate Receptionist, £15.50ph, London WC1 We are recruiting for a Temporary Corporate Receptionist to support the Front of House team at a prestigious law firm located in Holborn. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner. Provide administrative and customer service support to the team. Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Manage booking systems and coordinate room assignments. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. Facilitate visitor sign-in procedures and building access. Respond promptly to emails and correspondence. Assist with meeting room preparation and coordination. Support the team in organising internal events. Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous receptionist experience within a corporate environment Extremley well presented Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Superb attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft office A proactive team player with a client-focused approach.
