Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the construction team, including project managers and executives. * Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading project documents, proposals, and reports. * Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries. * Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments to ensure efficient time management. * Maintain organized project files, contracts, and documents both physically and digitally. * Handle procurement tasks such as ordering office supplies and equipment as needed. * Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases. * Collaborate with different departments to facilitate seamless project operations.
