My client a well-regarded regional housebuilder known for delivering high-quality residential developments with a focus on craftsmanship and community. They re now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of upcoming schemes in Dorset.

What you ll be doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations from groundworks to handover

• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are met

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards

• Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and consultants to maintain strong working relationships

• Reporting progress to senior management and contributing to continuous project improvement

What we re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction

• Strong knowledge of traditional build methods (timber frame a bonus)

• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (black card preferred)

• A hands-on, proactive approach with strong leadership and communication skills
