The Role:
Based at our customer site, the Customer Hire Desk Team Leader will ensure that all business between this Major Account customer and GAP Group is carried out in an efficient and effective manner. You will lead and motivate a team of Customer Hire & Sales Co-ordinators to ensure we are meeting our customer's requirements whilst identifying opportunities for sales growth. This is a varied role, in which you will also be responsible for regular reporting, query resolution, and identifying areas of development within the team.
