We are working with a variety of primary and secondary schools across Northampton who require skilled support staff to assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, providing tailored support for pupils, and helping students achieve their full potential.

Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and reaching their learning goals
Work closely with teachers to implement lesson plans and learning activities
Provide additional support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Assist in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Right to work in the UK
Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service , or willingness to apply for one
Experience working with children (school, tutoring, childcare, youth work, etc.)
Experience with SEN children is highly desirable
HLTA qualification or relevant TA qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3)
Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or behavioural challenges
