HR Manager

HR Manager Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee relations issues, including, grievances, and performance management.
  • Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business.
  • Hire and train department staff
  • Carry out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process.
  • Manage transition and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where applicable.
  • Reporting - monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting for the business.
  • Contribute to implementation of new HRIS.
  • Implement new colleague benefits platform.
  • Drafting people policies and updating Staff Handbook.
  • Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and Occupational Health Referrals.
  • Sickness, maternity, and absence management.
  • Day to day management of the team

HR Manager Requirements:

  • Significant on-the-job experience or other compensating achievements.
  • Previous experience in HR team at Senior Advisor level or above.
  • Multi-site/fast paced environment.
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law.

Skills:

  • Highly confidential and empathetic.
  • Excellent Excel and HRIS skills.
  • Fully numerate.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
