Sales & Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our client in Henley-on-Thames.

This role combines lead generation, digital marketing and external partner collaboration to ensure all marketing activities align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential clients through targeted campaigns
• Manage social media, email newsletters and promotional content to align with company goals
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure branding and messaging consistency across banners, posts and marketing materials
• Track and optimise marketing activities to improve engagement and conversion rates

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the beauty, wellness or aesthetics sector.
• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• A results-driven mindset with a keen eye for branding and content
