Benefits: * 33 Days Holiday Paid with option to Buy/Sell * Plenty of Overtime Available! * Full Private Healthcare for yourself and at corporate rates for your family. * Pension Scheme at 8% Contribution * Cycle To Work Scheme * Life Insurance * Gym Membership Key Responsibilities: * Lead and inspire a team of 8 technicians, ensuring excellent service delivery across all operations. * Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring it is completed on time and in accordance with SLA targets. * Maintain a realistic backlog of PPM tasks and ensure all reactive work is addressed within acceptable timescales. * Provide first-line management, conducting performance reviews, setting clear team objectives, and guiding individual development. * Carry out risk assessments and safety audits in compliance with relevant safety legislation and company procedures. What We’re Looking For: * Full Apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering * Proven electrical & mechanical experience in a critical environment. * Client requirement to be located within the M25 and hold a Full Driving License. * Experience supervising reactive repairs and managing small projects. * Expertise in both commercial and domestic systems, with the ability to carry out PPMs according to SFG20 or equivalent standards. * Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
