This role is ideal for someone with a strong PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) background and solid knowledge of building systems. ⚡ Key Responsibilities: Planned and reactive electrical maintenance Inspection, testing, and fault finding Maintaining lighting, distribution boards, motors, and control panels Working on single and three-phase systems Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards ✅ Requirements: Level 3 City & Guilds Electrical Installation 18th Edition certification Proven experience in commercial building maintenance Comfortable working independently or as part of a shift team Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
