We are successful, independent waste management and recycling company that service the waste management needs of schools, offices, hospitals and all types of business premises throughout London and the South-East and are currently looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a company, we are financially secure and have a low staff turnover. We also like to reward our staff for their hard work and like to promote from within. Responsibilities include • Data entry input for our services and collections. • Contract and query management • Updating compliance documentation • Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure that suppliers’ accounts run smoothly. • Dealing with customer queries and complaints • To liaise with the relevant suppliers for incorrect invoices and P.Os • Booking jobs on systems • Database management and data entry • Answering calls and directing to the relevant department • Answering customer queries regarding their collections Job Requirements • A high level of accuracy with the capability to process large volumes of data within agreed timescales. • IT literate with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft based packages (Word/Excel/ Outlook). • The ability to learn bespoke software specific to their requirements. • The ability to use the internet and input data to various websites. • Customer Focused • Good standard of general education including English language and Maths at GCSE or equivalent. • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Strong written and oral communication skills • Good MS Office computer skills. • Effective time management and organisational skills • Excellent team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude Job Specifics • Working hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays • Workplace pension scheme A basic salary of up to £32,000 and a steady career path within an established company is on offer
