Learning Technologies Project Manager (12-month FTC) C£40K Basic Salary UK A superb opportunity to join an award-winning team and company that produces high quality learning content and learning technologies for external clients. If you possess experience working in a fast-paced environment within digital learning, digital media or similar, managing multiple projects simultaneously then this could be the role for you! Responsibilities * Collaborating with client-side and internal teams to deliver customised learning technologies/ learning platforms and other solutions to agreed timeframe, budget and quality requirements * Ensuring that projects deliver against team and individual revenue targets * Project managing the implementation and integration of learning technologies and learning platforms * Liaising with clients to ensure that project time, budget and quality targets are met * Lead and support the team of project managers * Ensuring that quality levels are met and exceeded * Managing and monitoring project budgets and scheduling project tasks and milestones within the relevant teams Skills * Commercial acumen; adept in understanding the business objectives and drives of projects * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Confident in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders * Great leadership skills * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Education * Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall) are an advantage but are not essential Experience * A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience project managing the implementation of learning technology platforms, LXPs, or LMS * Experience utilising Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies * Understanding of emerging learning technologies and digital learning solutions Blue Eskimo is the leading provider of specialist recruitment for the Learning and Development, e-learning and Training sectors.
