Offer timely and specific feedback that highlights strengths and areas for improvement, guiding students toward academic success. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school initiatives. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Cultivate a passion for literature by using a variety of literary genres and authors. Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences and promote digital literacy.
