Job Title: Senior Sales Advisor Location: Edinburgh, East Scotland Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Thursday to Monday Primary Industry: Sales, Housing, New Build, House Building Salary: £27,000 - £30,000  Benefits: £5,000 car allowance or company car, uncapped commission scheme, fuel allowance, pension and healthcare Company Branding: A Quality and Customer focused House Builder based in Edinburgh, are growing the team this year due to new exciting projects across East Scotland. We are looking for a Senior Sales Advisor with experience selling new build properties to join our team and progress up the ranks within our business. If you are a Sales Advisor looking to step up, or a Senior Sales Advisor looking for a change, this would be a great opportunity for you to join our established and supportive team. Job Duties: Manage and oversee the sales process for new build properties Provide excellent customer service to potential buyers Meet and exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity Work closely with the marketing team to promote new developments Required Qualifications: Valid Driving Licence Experience: Minimum of 2 years selling new build properties either from a house building or estate agency background.
