Responsibilities:

  • Processing weekly and monthly payrolls flawlessly
  • Completing reporting tasks such as HMRC and pension reconciliations
  • Managing company benefits like pensions and private medical insurance
  • Handling employee queries on payroll, tax, and benefits
  • Collaborating with the HR team on projects aimed at enhancing process efficiencies
