Sales Support Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a successful Software Solutions Company based in Basingstoke. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:
- Loading Customers' orders
- Providing ETAs on all back-ordered items
- Assisting sales team in resolving any potential issues that arise
- Completing project tasks as set by line manager
- Liasing with multiple departments including Accounts, Operations, Purchasing and Sales
- Providing outstanding customer service

Requirements:
- Previous Sales Support experience
- Proficient with Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Strong social and communication skills
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently

This position is working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 17:15pm Monday to Friday. Our client is offering a salary between 27,000- 30,000 based on experience.
