Garden Maintenance Operative

Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Garden Maintenance Operative/Aftercare Operative with High - End/Luxury Landscaping experience to join the Landscape Design Team based in London as soon as possible!

Our client is looking for someone who is communicative, conscientious and experienced in High End Garden Maintenance. Most importantly, you ll be enthusiastic to progress your career within the company. You'll be working on a range of different projects, from their own landscape designs to high profile designer projects in some of the most desirable locations across London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent garden maintenance for an exciting mix of landscapes from small gardens, to city courtyards, modern roof terraces and large country gardens
• Diagnose and treat problems in plants and keep disease under control
• Working with garden irrigation systems
• Liaise with clients listening to their needs and ensuring satisfaction
• work efficiently to tight deadlines, whilst keeping to health and safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of plants and their needs and how to diagnose disorders and treat problems.
• Strong communication skills
• Great customer service
• Ability to listen and effectively communicate with clients, staff and managers.
• Experience with Machinery and power tools
• Full UK Driving License
