Resourcers Permanent This is an exciting opportunity that would suit confident and outgoing candidates that can take full ownership of candidate management. Great communication skills are imperative for this role. You will ideally have had at least one years experience working within recruitment or human resources. Upon starting the role, you will receive a full induction Duties Responsibilities; Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles. Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities. Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email. Being the first point of contact for all job advert enquiries. Proactive on the telephone, making a relevant volume amount of calls. Establishing contacts to help build the client database. Respond to general enquiries. Arranging and conduting telephone and face-to-face interviews. Pick up leads and referrals as well as building a good rapport with those known to the business already.Experience preferred Job board experience Strong knowledge of sourcing via LinkedIn would be an advantage Min of 1 year recent experience resourcing Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Good team player.
