Project Manager - Multi-Utilities Location: Head office in Kearsley (M26 1GE) with travel to sites across the North West. Who Are Bethell? What Will The Role Involve? As one of our Project Managers, you will undertake and manage Multi Utility projects, ensuring delivery and achievement of outcomes in accordance with the requirements, standards and targets set out by the client. You will work in collaboration with clients, Bethell staff, operatives, sub-contractors, and other professionals, whilst taking responsibility for all aspects of health and safety, quality and environmental assurance, contract administration, cost control, profit & loss responsibility, planning, communication, and people management. You will be responsible for the management and submission of all paperwork and completions in a timely manner and will ensure that all office drawings are kept up to date. You will submit as-laids to CAD with no delay and will provide the client with regular updates as schemes progress. You will be responsible for the management of Multi-Utilities operatives and subcontractors to maximise efficiencies and drive production, carrying out appraisals when required. In this role, you will be expected to we always construct a quality product and to specification, giving our customers value for money to ensure we receive repeat business. As one of our Project Managers, you will need to have an understanding of where each scheme is up to by monitoring ELFs and working closely with the commercial department, ensuring CVRs are accurate, and all costs are recorded. You will be responsible for the accurate ordering of materials to avoid wastage and conduct regular stock checks to avoid duplication ordering and clearing of all surplus materials to stock.
