The Role

As an Engineering Apprentice, you will work alongside our team to develop your skills and knowledge in engineering.

You’ll be guided by experienced professionals to contribute to a range of real-world engineering projects, including building prototypes, conducting experiments and troubleshooting equipment.

You’ll assist with the design, development, testing and maintenance of engineering systems and components and learn how to use engineering software and tools to analyse data, create models and solve technical problems.

Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll also complete a Level 3 Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering Course at Kirklees College over the course of four years, as well as attending training sessions and workshops.

About You

To be considered as an Engineering Apprentice, you will need:

- Good communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- To be qualified to level 4 (Grade C) in GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
- To be over the age of 18 (with the ability to stay away from home for college)

The closing date for this role is the 31st May 2024.
