Technician

Technician – East London Specialities: Buses, Trucks, Coaches, Emission Control Systems, Exhaust Systems, DPF The Company Our client installs, refurbishes and fabricates vehicle emission control systems for buses and commercial vehicles and is looking for a Workshop Technician to join their growing team. The Job As a Technician, you will have the following duties; * Receive incoming goods and do the paperwork * Inspect and report on suspected failed parts received from customers * Speak to customers to explain inspection results (OL for cleaning, OK for refurb or total failure requiring replacement) * Fabricate new catalyst parts and DPF elements in line with company drawings * Measure up and sketches of parts for re-manufacture / replacement where existing designs do not exist * Conduct DPF / SCR cleaning Benefits * Salary: £27000 - £30000 + Paid Overtime * Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs/week – Flexible (Apply online only) or (Apply online only)) * 25 Days Holiday, Pension, Private Healthcare option, Up to 5% bonus depending on company performance For office use: Vehicle Technician, Workshop Technician, DPF Technician, Mechanical Technician, Automotive Technician
