Assembly Operative Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday with 30 minutes for lunch and 8am to 1:30pm Fridays Salary: Circa £26,000 - £27,000 If you are a skilled assembly technician with experience in wiring, soldering and working with hand tools then we would love to speak to you! Candidates who have good hand eye coordination alongside the ability to read and follow technical drawings would be a great fit for this role. Who are we? Responsibilities: * Assembling parts and components * Reading technical drawings * Working from technical drawings, wire lists, and wiring schematics * Using hand tools and soldering equipment to build various systems * Quality assurance of the final product and testing * Keeping your work area clean and tidy alongside adhering to health and safety Skills and Experience Required: * Proven work experience as an Assembly Technician or a similar role * Ability to work with small parts and components * Confidence in using hand tools * Ability and experience of reading technical drawings If you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
