Transport & Planning Operations Manager -Wolverhampton - Up to £44,000 Our Client is an established Haulage Operation, Seeking an experienced Transport & Planning Operations Manager to lead the fleet. You'll inspire and motivate your team to achieve their goals. It's hands-on, hard work and detail orientated. To lead a successful team you will need natural assertiveness and drive, building relationships and coaching them to achieve success. You will need to be results driven, proactive and organised. Career stability with development opportunities.Responsibilities Organise the planning team Ensure vehicle compliance is adhered to at all times, including MOT requirements, You will ensure costs are kept down, and utilise budgets Planning and analysing budgets and expenditures to ensure profitability of routes Planning and overseeing incoming & Outgoing deliveries Motivate, coach and train your team to achieve seamless service Enforcing industry laws and regulations and company policiesRequirements 5 years Management experience in a transport/Planning Office A confident engaging leader with natural ability to train, coach, motivate a team You will need a super organised, can do attitude. You will need to be able to prioritise, multi task and evaluate conflicting deadlines.
