Link Recruitment and Education due to our exeptional growth we are currently recruiting for 3 x Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Industrial Division based in Mancester. We can help you kick start your career in recruitment with our bespoke in-house training academy and support from the company’s directors, you’ll hold the tools you need to succeed within the industry. Duties: * Speaking to potential candidates and clients * Creating and posting high quality job adverts * registering the candidate on the system, to supporting them through interviews * Creating reliable candidate and client relationships by keeping in touch via phone and email * Sourcing new clients and new job roles through business development (phone calls/ searching for leads etc) and taking in-depth job * Data entry, creating invoice and updating financial data The successful applicant: * Have a communicative and customer focussed working style * Be goal-driven and enthusiastic * Have strong organisational skills * Possess excellent time-management and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail * Have an outgoing and confident personality * A proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets * Able to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure Why work for us? * Company car after qualifying period * Great bonus structure * Dress down Fridays * Birthdays off * Pay review every 12 months * Working hours 9am – 4:30pm * Early finish on Fridays If you would like more information about this role, please do not hesitate to contact us at Link Recruitment and Education or just click the apply button
