As a SalesManager, you'll be adding your magic to a high-performing team,nurturing them and ensuring they are proud to sell with confidence.Like you, they will delight in bringing technology to life for ourcustomers and exceeding expectations during everyinteraction.

As part ofthis role, you'll be responsiblefor:

• Coaching colleagues to inspirecustomers to buy the best products to suit their needs, howeverthey choose to shop with us
• Leading a highlyengaged team, understanding their strengths and developmentopportunities, and supporting personal developmentplans
• Inspiring colleagues to put the customerfirst whilst driving sales and profitobjectives
• Creating excitement and engagementwhen new products launch, being the first to suggest how this newtech can be brought tolife

Thisisn't a role for someone who wants to stand still. Our businessmoves at pace and it's suited to someone who wants to grow with it.You'll be driven by finding ways to enhance store performance andsharing this knowledge with the team. Doing it because it makes youproud and because you want your store toachieve.

You willneed:

• To have management experience ina similar sized, sales-driven business
• Provencoaching skills, a hands-on management style and a passion forbuilding team confidence and capability
• A trackrecord of identifying commercial opportunities within yourdepartment or store to maximise sales
• To beconfident working in a team, approachable and friendly tocolleagues and customers
• To be keen to learnabout the latesttechnology
