The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role The successful Assistant Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in bringing to life large retail and commercial projects, embodying the company's commitment to innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing retail and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Work closely with senior project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Engage with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution. Implement creative and innovative solutions to overcome project challenges. Contribute to the consultancy's commitment to delivering more for less through efficient project management practices.The Assistant Construction Project Manager A degree in project management or a related field. At least one year of experience as an Assistant Project Manager within a consultancy environment, ideally with exposure to the retail sector. A strong desire to pursue chartered status, demonstrating a commitment to professional development. Proven retail sector experience, showcasing a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this industry.
