Membership Administrator Rugby based - 3 days in the office, 2 from home Permanent Monday to Friday - 37.5hrs £23.5k - £24.5k pa Our client, an established membership association based in Rugby are looking for a Membership Administrator to join their busy team. The key responsibilities of a Membership Administrator: * Processing various grades of membership * Responding to queries via email and phone * Providing accurate information on membership eligibility * Liaising with volunteers to support application assessments * Build and maintain knowledge and understanding of membership grade and registration requirements The minimum requirements for the Membership Administrator role: * Experience in a busy customer service environment - ideally dealing with members/membership * Great admin experience * Experience of working to defined timeline * Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office * Great customer service skills and communication * Can support a busy workload The ideal candidate for the Membership Administrator role: * Strong attention to detail * Previous experience with volunteers advantageous * Can work as part of a team as well as individually * A Levels or equivalent * Minimum GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English Membership Administrator benefits: * Training and development opportunities * Company contributory pension scheme * Life assurance * 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) * Sickness leave after 6 months employment * Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support * Health cash plan * Free parking and refreshments Interested?
