Junior / Assistant Commercial Property Manager – London – c£32k We’re working with a long-established, highly reputable firm of Chartered Surveyors (specialising in Prime & Central London) who are looking to recruit a junior / assistant Commercial Property Manager as follows: * Office based (bar site visits), reporting into Waterloo (London SE1) * Working alongside a Senior Property Manager (and experienced team) overseeing a commercial property portfolio situated in Central and SE London * Assisting with day to day commercial property matters from landlord, tenant and leaseholder liaison through to service charge budgets, FM and rent reviews/lease renewals * General commercial property administration, from researching comparable evidence for rent reviews to invoice coding/uploading and site inspections * Ideally you will have 1-2 years commercial (or mixed use) property experience OR a related degree that you would like to put to good use with training * You will have a genuine interest in commercial property and a desire to secure a long term career managing it in a professional, regulated environment * Naturally, outstanding written and spoken English are essential, as is good general IT awareness and the ability to work fully office based for at least the initial 6 months of your employment * Basic exposure to (or understanding of) related property legislation desirable In addition to a genuine career path the successful junior / assistant Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £32k alongside support and funding towards professional study / qualifications.
