As the Leisure/Health Club Manager, you will * Manage the day to day operations * Train and manage the team enabling them to provide the highest levels of customer service to guests * Oversee and manage the cleanliness of all leisure facilities including pool testing * Manage and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all leisure facilities As our ideal candidate, you will be * Experienced as a Leisure/Health Club Manager ideally within a 4/5* hotel environment * A strong manager - able to lead and develop a team as well as hands on in all areas * Excellent at communication and adapt at building a rapport with colleagues and guests * Professional and organised with a friendly approach and be able to anticipate guests needs * Lifeguard trained (desirable) Interested?
