Joining the seasoned team, you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities of the Mortgage Brokers Assistant: Act as a primary contact for account managers, providing timely updates, handling enquiries, obtaining quotes, and resolving issues Support the department with any administrative requests  Maintain CRM by inputting new leads and assisting Account Managers with reports Engage in inbound and outbound calls, conducting competitor and network analysis Participate in team meetings and training sessions Key Requirements for the Mortgage Brokers Assistant: Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service  Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
