Registered Nurse Home Manager | Dementia & elderly £55,000 - £60,000 pa Location - Slough Compass Associates are currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to work for a small provider with a medium nursing home. The home specialises in nursing care and has a requirement to ensure an exceptional level of care is delivered. The Candidate The successful candidate must have a management background in Nursing Homes have a good or above CQC report. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate and drive the staff team, network with the local community and external bodies, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard.
