Senior / Principal Planning Policy Officer Surrey 6-month initial contact Rate Dependant Upon Experience (Senior or Principal) - £40-£50p/h Umbrella   Job Ref - 50615   I am working closely with my LPA client based in Surrey as they seek an interim Senior or Principal Planning Policy Officer on an initial 6-month contract.   This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but very close-knit team to help evidence-gathering for the local plan.   There will be a prominent focus on Housing evidence figures and work on the 5-year Housing Land Supply for the local area.   The role is remote-based, with office presence once per week - either on Monday or Wednesday. The LPA value office presence and the opportunity to meet in person on occasion but this is not expected everyday.   The council use Uniform software and can provide a laptop.
